Marinated Three-Bean Salad

- 1 can (8 oz.) cut green beans, drained
- 1 can (8 oz.) kidney beans, drained
- 1/2 of a 15 oz. can of garbanzo beans, drained
- 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 T. vinegar
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 2 T. olive oil
- 2 T. honey
- 1/2 t. celery seed
Instructions
- In large bowl, combine the drained green beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, green pepper and onion.
- In a screw-top jar combine vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, honey and celery seed; cover and shake well to mix.
- Pour vinegar mixture over the vegetables and stir lightly to mix. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
