COCOA FROSTING:
List of Ingredients
- 6 T. butter, softened
- 3-1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 c. baking cocoa
- 1-1/2 t. vanilla extract
- pinch salt
- 4 to 6 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- In a small bowl, cream butter. Combine sugar and cocoa; gradually add to butter with vanilla, salt & enough milk to achieve desired spreading consistency. Frost cake.
Final Comments
Yeild: 12-15 servings.
