Hot Crabmeat Spread

List of Ingredients
- 1 c. half and half
- 2 @ 3 oz ea. cream cheese, softened
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 T. mayonaise
- 2 t. horseradish
- 1/2 t. lemon juice
- 1/2 t. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 t. minced fresh parsley (1/4 t. dried parsley)
- 1/2 t. garlic salt
- 1/2 t. onion salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 8 to 10 drops hot pepper sauce
- 2 cans (6 oz ea) crab meat, drained and cartilage removed
- Assorted crackers
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the first 12 ingredients. Cook and stir over low heat until the mixture is smooth. Add the crab and heat through. Serve with crackers.
