    List of Ingredients


    • 2 c. all-purpose flour
    • 1/3 c. plus 2 T. sugar
    • 1 T. baking powder
    • 1 t. salt
    • 1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed
    • 1 egg
    • 1 c. milk
    • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add blueberries.
    2. In another bowl, beat egg and milk; stir in butter. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
    3. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until muffins test done.

    Yield: 1 dozen.
