    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 c. mayonaise
    • 1/4 c. Italian dressing
    • 2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 can (15 oz.) black-eyed peas, rinsed
    • 8 oz. corkscrew pasta, cooked, rinsed and drained
    • 1-1/2 c. chopped imitation crabmeat (8 oz.)
    • 1 c. broccoli flowerets (blanched for 3 minutes)
    • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    • 1/2 c. chopped tomato
    • 1/4 c. sliced green onions


    Instructions


    1. Combine mayonaise, Italian salad dressing and cheese in large bowl; blend well. Add peas, pasta, imitation crabmeat, broccoli, green pepper, tomato and onions; toss gently to mix. Cover, refrigerate at least 2 hours.
