Seafood and Pasta Salad

- 1/2 c. mayonaise
- 1/4 c. Italian dressing
- 2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can (15 oz.) black-eyed peas, rinsed
- 8 oz. corkscrew pasta, cooked, rinsed and drained
- 1-1/2 c. chopped imitation crabmeat (8 oz.)
- 1 c. broccoli flowerets (blanched for 3 minutes)
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped tomato
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
Instructions
- Combine mayonaise, Italian salad dressing and cheese in large bowl; blend well. Add peas, pasta, imitation crabmeat, broccoli, green pepper, tomato and onions; toss gently to mix. Cover, refrigerate at least 2 hours.
