Sunny Vegetable Salad

List of Ingredients
- 5 c. broccoli florets
- 5 c. cauliflowerets
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 c. mayonaise
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 T. cider or red wine vinegar
- 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 c. sunflower seeds
Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, toss broccoli, cauliflower, cheese, onion and raisins.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Sprinkle with the bacon and sunflower seeds.

Yield: 12-16 servings.
