- 2 T. unpoped popcorn
- 1 c. bite-sized shredded wheat biscuits
- 3/4 c. round toasted oat cereal (Cheerios)
- 2 T. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 t. chili powder
- 1/8 t. ground cumin
- 1/8 t. onion salt
Instructions
- Pop the popcorn in a heavy skillet or saucepan over medium-high heat, using no oil. Be sure to cover pan and shake constantly until all the corn is popped.
- Combine popped corn (about 2-1/2 c.) and cereals in a 13X9X2-in. baking pan. Heat in a 300 degree oven about 5 minutes or til cereal is warm. Remove from oven. Mix remaining ingredients; drizzle over cereal mixture, mixing well. Makes 4-1/4 cups, or 8 1/2-cup servings.
