List of Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 gallon of water
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. carrots , parboiled
- 1 c. onions , parboiled
- 1 c. celery , parboiled
- 2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can tomatoed , diced
- 1 T. Accent
- 2 T. beef base (kitceh bouquet)
- 1 t, black pepper
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter and whip flour together to make a smooth paste.
- Stir in water.
- Saute beef and drain off grease and add to liquid.
- Add carrots , onion , and celery.
- Add frozen vegetables, tomatoes , Accent , beef base and pepper.(DO NOT SALT NOW)
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer and let cook until done.
- Salt to taste.
