List of Ingredients



• 1 stick butter
  
• 1 c. flour
  
• 1/2 gallon of water
  
• 2 lb. ground beef
  
• 1 c. carrots , parboiled
  
• 1 c. onions , parboiled
  
• 1 c. celery , parboiled
  
• 2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
  
• 1 can tomatoed , diced
  
• 1 T. Accent
  
• 2 T. beef base (kitceh bouquet)
  
• 1 t, black pepper
  
• salt to taste
  






Instructions



1. Melt butter and whip flour together to make a smooth paste.
   
2. Stir in water.
   
3. Saute beef and drain off grease and add to liquid.
   
4. Add carrots , onion , and celery.
   
5. Add frozen vegetables, tomatoes , Accent , beef base and pepper.(DO NOT SALT NOW)
   
6. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer and let cook until done.
   
7. Salt to taste.
