    If you'd like, substitute one bag of semisweet chocolate chips for one package of the white baking chips.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs*
    • 1/2 cup butter, melted
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    • 2 (12-oz.) pkg. white baking chips
    • 1 1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
    • 1 1/2 cups unsalted macadamia nuts, chopped


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 325°F. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil; spray with cooking spray. Line bottom with parchment paper; spray with cooking spray.

    2. Combine cookie crumbs, melted butter and sugar in medium bowl; press firmly into bottom of pan. Pour condensed milk over crust, covering evenly. Sprinkle with white baking chips, coconut and nuts; press down evenly.

    3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely. Remove bars with foil; slide off foil and parchment paper. Cut into 36 bars.

    TIP *Crush chocolate wafer cookies or chocolate sandwich cookies in food processor or in plastic bag with rolling pin (about 50 wafer cookies or 23 sandwich cookies).
