List of Ingredients
2 chicken breasts cubed
2 small or med potatoes cubed
1 can cream chicken soup
½ cup sour cream
1 ½ tsp. poppy seeds (optional)
½ cup milk
¼ cup melted butter
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp salt
1 cup frozen peas
¾ cup cooked rice
1 cup cornflakes + ¼ cup melted butterRecipe
Put rice in bottom of a 2 qt dish. Mix chicken potatoes, soup, sour cream, poppy seeds, milk, melted butter, salt and pepper and peas together in a bowl and pour on top of rice. Mix cornflakes with melted butter and spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
