    List of Ingredients




    1 gallon cut tomatoes (unpeeled)
    1 gallon tomatoes sauce
    2 large green peppers
    2 large onions
    8 jalapenos (to start with- add until desired taste) other types of peppers may also be added
    3 small buds of garlic or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    2 teaspoons cumin
    2 Tablespoons salt
    1 cup vinegar

    Recipe



    Directions: Wash and then chop all vegetables. Mix together all ingredients in a big pot, simmer until sauce begins to thicken.
    Pour into clean jars, fix lids and boil 35 minutes
    Makes at lest 12 pts
