9 lasagna noodles
1 onion
2 lbs. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 cans tomato paste
2 cans tomato sauce
½ cup water
2 cloves garlic
1 Tb. Sugar
1 ½ tsp. basil
1 tsp. Italian seas.
2 Tb. Fresh parsley
1 lb. mozzarella cheese
½ lb. cheddar cheese
½ cup parmesan cheese
12 oz. ricotta cheese
2 eggs
Recipe
Directions: Soak noodles in hot water for 40 minutes. Cook beef, onion and garlic together. Add tomato sauce and paste and seasonings. Mix eggs and ricotta cheese together. Layer a 9x13 pan with noodles, ricotta, mozzarella and cheddar and parmesan cheeses, then meat. Layer a second time. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Add some mozzarella on top in last 30 minutes
