¾ c. cubed velveeta cheese
5 slices american cheese
¼ c. cheddar cheese
1/8 c. parmesan cheese
½ c. butter
1 cup milk (more if more sauce is desired)
¼ c. milk+1 Tb. Flour
Pepper
Cooked macaroni noodlesRecipe
Melt cheeses, butter and 1 cup of milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk together the ¼ cup milk and flour and pour into the sauce. Add pepper. Stir constantly until thickened. Pour over macaroni noodles. Makes about 4 servings of sauce.
