List of Ingredients
6 slices of cooked bacon
½ cup flour
2 cups milk
2 chicken bullion cubes
½ t. salt
½ t. pepper
4 potatoes
½ cup cheddar cheese
2 green onions
1 clove garlic
1 onion, slicedRecipe
Cook the bacon and crumble in the little peices. Cook flour and bacon grease to make a roux. Add milk slowly. Add potatoes, bullion and bacon, salt, pepper, garlic, onion and add cheese before serving.
