    This is a variation from my Bambino recipe. Using bread & olive oil instead of garlic rounds & ketchup. More sophisticated, I think!

    List of Ingredients




    1 italian baguette
    olive oil
    S & P
    8 oz olive tampenade
    pepperoni (sliced)
    shredded cheese
    italian parsley or oregano



    Recipe



    Bake baguette as directed. Cool & slice. Brush slices with olive oil. Sprinkle with S & P. Distribute olive tampenade over bread slices. Distribute sliced pepperoni on bread, add shredded cheese. Broil x 2 minutes and sprinkle with italian parsley or oregano.
