    I had this dish the first time I met this wonderful woman. I'm not sure who I loved first; the casserole or Babs!

    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 cup of sour cream
    5 oz of grated sharp cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup chopped green onions
    1/2 t salt
    1/4 t pepper
    2 T melted butter

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together except melted butter. Mix butter with 1/2 cup cornflakes. Top mixture (add, extra cheese, bacon bits, parsley, if desired) and bake for almost and hour at 350 degrees.
