    This is a wonderful baste for chicken or fish. A little spicy, too!

    List of Ingredients




    1 stick butter softened
    1 t cayenne pepper
    grated zest and juice of 2 lemons
    4 cloves minced garlic

    Recipe



    Blend all ingredients together & (duh) baste.
