    List of Ingredients


    • Two large cloves garlic
    • Three cups firmly packed basil leaves
    • Two tablespoons grated parmesan cheese more if you like
    • One cup olive oil
    • One half cup pine nuts


    Instructions


    1. Place garlic cloves in bottom of blender or food processor.

    2. Add basil, leaves, parmesan cheese, and olive oil

    3. Grind for ten seconds.

    4. Add pine nuts and grind ten seconds more.

    5. Add salt to taste (if desired).

    6. Remove from blender or food process or with rubber spatula.

    7. Store in plastic or glass container in refrigerator for up to two weeks. Freezes well if not all used in this time.

    8. Serve mixed into hot pasta or use your imagintion it is good on lots of things
