List of Ingredients
- 1c. Sugar
- 3/4 Shortening butter or margarine
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Molasses
- 2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinammon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Sift all dry ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
- Mix sugar, shortening, egg and molasses together in another bowl.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to sugar mixture. Mix well.
- Roll dough into small balls and place on ungreased cooking sheet.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 8 to 10 minutes.
