    Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

    List of Ingredients


    • One stick butter
    • 1/2 cup white sugar
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • One large egg
    • 1 1/2 cups flour
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 cup peanut butter
    • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    • 3/4 tsp. baking soda
    • One 13 oz. package mini peanut butter cups


    Instructions


    1. Cream together butter and peanut butter with sugar and brown sugar.

    2. Beat in egg and vanilla.

    3. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt.

    4. Blend into creamed mixture to make smooth dough.

    5. Heat oven to 375 degrees.

    6. Shape dough into one inch balls and place in mini muffin pan lined with papers.

    7. Bake for 10 minutes.

    8. Have mini peanut butter cups ready--press one in each cookie while they are still in pans and hot.

    9. Remove from pans after they have cooled. Enjoy!
