    List of Ingredients


    • 100g Lo Pro Shredded Cheese (150mg)
    • 2 Jars (300g) of Portabella Marinated Mushrooms (260mg)
    • with Roasted Red Peppers (Shaw's Signature Brand) (20mg)
    • 22g Yellow Banana Peppers (or 1/3 cup salsa) (25mg)
    • 250g Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs (225mg)
    • 140g Barilla Marinara Sauce (65mg)
    • 1/4C Olive Oil
    • Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Lo Pro Cheese Powder to taste


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients and blend on low for 45 seconds or until texture is smooth.
    2. Make approx. 260 "mini" (size of a nickel) meatballs.
    3. HINT: Wet hands with olive oil when preparing meat balls to keep the "dough" from sticking to them.
    4. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes rolling over once until golden brown.
    5. Add extra marinara sauce to taste, making sure to account for the extra phe.
    6. TIP: You can lower the PHE count by using lo pro breadcrumbs.
