    Cheese Ball

    1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar 2 Tbsp. minced onion 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce garlic powder and pepper to taste chopped pecans Soften cream cheese. Add worcestershire sauce and mix well. Mix in grated Cheddar and onion. Season to taste with garlic powder and pepper. Roll in chopped pecans. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Serve with Ritz crackers. Note: This should bemade 24 hours in advance of serving time to allow flavors to blend. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
