    Cabbage and Potato Casserole

    This casserole can be a vegetarian dish or have meat added, if desired.


    List of Ingredients


    • 4-5 large potatoes,cut in medium size pieces
    • 1/2 large head cabbage,sliced,cooked and drained
    • 2/3 1b. velveeta
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Cook potatoes until done but firm.Drain.Add cooked and drained cabbage,velveeta,salt and pepper. Mix until velveeta is melted throughout.
    2. Place in buttered caserole dish and bake at 350 degrees until starts to brown.


    Final Comments


    If meat is desired, 1 lb. fully cooked sausage or turkey sausage cut in 1/2 inch slices may be added to mixture.
