Cabbage and Potato Casserole
This casserole can be a vegetarian dish or have meat added, if desired.
List of Ingredients
- 4-5 large potatoes,cut in medium size pieces
- 1/2 large head cabbage,sliced,cooked and drained
- 2/3 1b. velveeta
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook potatoes until done but firm.Drain.Add cooked and drained cabbage,velveeta,salt and pepper. Mix until velveeta is melted throughout.
- Place in buttered caserole dish and bake at 350 degrees until starts to brown.
Final Comments
If meat is desired, 1 lb. fully cooked sausage or turkey sausage cut in 1/2 inch slices may be added to mixture.
