Overnight casserole
This casserole is great because it is made the night before serving. Also, the macaroni shells don't need to be cooked before baking, so it saves preparation time.
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. macaroni shells, uncooked
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup plus about 1/2 can water
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 can sliced green beans, drained
- 1 can tuna( 1 cup chopped ham, turkey or chicken may be substituted for tuna)
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Butter 2 and 1/2 to 3 qt. casserole dish. Mix all ingredients well and pour in buttered casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and starts to brown.
