Cheesecake Bars

These cookies must be refrigerated. Bake at 350 degrees.





List of Ingredients



• For crust:
  
• 1 cake mix, any flavor
  
• 1 stick margarine, softened
  
• 1 large egg
  
• For filling:
  
• 1 16 oz. can frosting, room temperature(any flavor)
  
• 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  
• 1 large egg
  






Instructions



1. Mix cake mix, softened margarine and egg well in large mixing bowl.Spread evenly in 9x13 pan.
   
2. Mix frosting in mixing bowl with cream cheese. Add egg and mix at medium speed for 2 minutes.
   
3. Pour into crust and spread evenly.Bake about 25 minutes or until almost set.
   
4. Cool and cut into bars. Refrigerate.
