    Recipe Introduction


    I got the recipe from my friend Natalie who is a devoted Weight Watchers person. This is absolutely my husbands FAVORITE pumpkin pie recipe! Hope you enjoy it as much as he does!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 - 15 oz. can of pumpkin
    • 1 - 12 oz. can of evaporated milk
    • 3/4 cup Egg Beaters (or 3 egg whites)
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 2/3 cup sugar OR 1/3 cup Splenda Blend


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth
    2. Pour into a 9" sprayed pie pan
    3. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 325 degrees F for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
    4. Serves: 8


    Final Comments


    If any of you are fans of Pampered Chef bakeware, I always use my 10" deep dish baker to make this pie. I don't have to grease it and the pie always comes out looking really nice.
