Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Recipe Introduction
Recipe makes about 4 dozen cookies. Easy clean-up with paper mini-muffin tin liners.
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 or 2 bags Reese's miniature peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Cream margarine and sugars, then add egg, p. butter and vanilla.
- Gradually add dry ingredients.
- Chill dough until easy to roll. Roll into small balls.
- Line mini muffin tins with paper liners. Place a dough ball in each liner.
- Bake 375-degrees for 8-9 minutes.
- As soon as you remove them from oven, push an unwrapped peanut butter cup into the center.
- Cool about 10 minutes. Remove from tins.
