    • approximately 3 pound butt end tenderloin
    • seasoning salt
    • vegetable oil


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
    2. Remove any surface fat from the tenderloin.
    3. Brush meat with oil and season as desired.
    4. Roast in an open pan for 45 to 50 minutes, or until meat thermometer reads 140-degrees F for rare.
