- approximately 3 pound butt end tenderloin
- seasoning salt
- vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Remove any surface fat from the tenderloin.
- Brush meat with oil and season as desired.
- Roast in an open pan for 45 to 50 minutes, or until meat thermometer reads 140-degrees F for rare.
