    Watermelon Lime Teaser

    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 cup water
    2 tbs each lemon juice and lime juice
    4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
    1 cup vodka ( or 1 cup ginger ale )
    1/2 cup triple sec ( or 1/2 cup orange juice )

    Recipe



    In saucepan, bring sugar, water, and lemon and lime juices to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Cook 2 minutes more, let cool.
    In bowl of food processor, puree watermelon 2 min. or until smooth. Strain juice into pitcher.
    Add vodka, triple sec and lemon lime mixture.
    Divide among 4 ice filled glasses.
    Garnish with melon wedges, if desired.
    MAKES 4 SERVINGS.
