    Cinnamon Monkey Bread

    4 tubes (7 1/2 ounces each) buttermilk biscuits
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar

    Recipe



    Cut each biscuit into four pieces. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together and roll the biscuit pieces into this. Arrange evenly into a well-greased 10-inch Bundt or tube pan in two rows. Sprinkle with the remaining sugar-cinnamon mixture. Set aside.

    In a pan, melt the butter and mix in the dark brown sugar. Pour the mixture over the rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool for five minutes before inverting biscuits onto a serving platter. Break off the pieces to serve warm.
