List of Ingredients
2 slices reduced calorie whole wheat bread
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 packet Splenda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
Spray a 5 1/2x2" casserole dish. Tear bread into pieces and dump in casserole dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and Splenda, tossing to coat well. Combine egg substitute and milk and pour over bread. Sprinkle blueberries on top. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes.
*Can be made the night before and be reheated in the microwave the next day.
