1 package white cake mix
1 4 serving size package instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1 3 ounce package Jell-O any flavor
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 (4&1/2) ounce container cool whip non dairy whip topping, thawed
Recipe
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, 1 cup water and oil in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed with mixer for 4 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 13 by 9 inch cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water.
Poke holes in warm cake with utility fork at 1/2 inch intervals. Carefully pour gelatin over cake.
Chill 3 or 4 hours. Spread whip topping over top of cake.
