    Cheesy Chicken Bake

    2 lb Chicken Breast Halves; boneless, skinless
    1 cn (10 3/4 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 1/3 c Water
    3/4 c Long Grain Rice; uncooked
    1/2 tsp Onion Powder
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper
    1 c Cheddar Cheese; shredded

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375°.
    In a shallow 2-quart baking dish, mix soup, water, rice, onion powder and black pepper. Arrange chicken over rice mixture; sprinkle with additional pepper.
    Cover and bake 45 minutes until chicken is no longer pink and rice is done.
    Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. If desired, bake until cheese is melted and golden.
