32 oz Cans sweet cherries, water packed, drained, reserve juice
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup skim milk
Recipe
Place cherries and 1/3 cup of the reserved juice in a 9-inch square pan.
In a medium bowl, mix together flour, sugar and milk. Pour evenly over cherries.
Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes.
