1/2 LB ground beef
1/2 cup chunky salsa of choice
4 cups tortilla chips
1 cup Mexican style shredded cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 can (4 oz) sliced black olives
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
Sour cream optional
Guacamole, optional
Recipe
Brown meat in a skillet & drain. Stir in the salsa & simmer 2 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 F (204.44 C). Arrange chips in a large baking dish & add meat mixture, then cheese, onion, olives & bell pepper. Bake until warm & cheese melts. Remove from oven and top with optional sour cream or guacamole.

SERVING TIPS: Recipe can be cooked using microwave.
