    Mushroom Bacon Bites

    24 fresh mushrooms

    12 slices bacon

    1 cup bbq sauce

    Cut bacon pieces in half.

    Wrap a piece of bacon around each mushroom, securing with a toothpick.

    Baste with the bbq sauce and place in a broiler pan.

    Broil until bacon is crisp, basting and turning as needed.

    These can also be threaded onto skewers and grilled and basted for 10 minutes on a barbeque grill.
