3 cups cold fat free milk
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding & Pie Filling
1 container (8 oz.) plain lowfat yogurt
1 cup crushed ice
1 medium banana, cut in chunks
POUR milk into blender container. Add remaining ingredients; cover. Blend on high speed 1 minute or until smooth.
SERVE at once or refrigerate and stir before serving. (Mixture thickens as it stands. Thin with additional milk, if desired.)
Great Substitute
Substitute 1/2 cup sliced strawberries for banana.
