    4 tsp. Instant coffee granules
    1 cup boiling water
    sugar to taste, optional
    1 cup skim milk
    4 tsp. Chocolate syrup
    1/8 tsp. Vanilla

    ice cubes

    In a bowl, dissolve coffee in water. Add sugar, if desired. Stir in milk, chocolate syrup, and vanilla; mix well. Serve over ice.
