Cornbread and Sausage Stuffing

List of Ingredients
4 c Boiling water
4 c Cornbread, broken up
1 Onion, grated
1 c Diced celery
2 Eggs, beaten
1/2 c Melted butter
Salt and pepper
1 1/2 c Sausage
3 Dozen chestnuts (optional)Recipe
Pour boiling water over bread and squeeze out fairly dry. Add remaining ingredients except sausage and mix well. Brown sausage and add to stuffing. Use for stuffing pork, lamb, or as a side dish for you main meal.
