1 cn 6oz's black olives; pitted drained
2 oz Can anchovy fillets in olive oil; drained
2 tb Vegetable oil
2 ts Capers; drained
2 ts Dijon mustard
1 sm Garlic clove; peel & chopped
1 ds Hot pepper sauce
In the container of a food processor, process all ingredients until combined, but still with some texture. Scrape spread into small bowl. Cover and refrigerate to let flavors blend. Serve with assorted crackers. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
