Green Peppercorn Butter

3 tbs. minced shallots
3 tbs. butter
3 tbs. brandy
2 tbs. chopped green peppercorns
2 tbs. Dijon mustard
1/2 c soft butter
1/4 c sour cream Recipe
Saute shallots in 3 tbs. butter until golden. Add brandy and reduce heat. Add bouillon, peppercorns, and mustard. When cool mix with butter and cream. Store in refrigerator.
