Herbed Cheese Spread

1 c Low-fat cottage cheese
1 tb Low-fat yogurt
1 sm Onion, minced
1 sm Clove garlic; minced
1/4 ts Dried thyme
1/2 ts Dried oregano
Minced fresh parsley;
Use as garnish
Assorted cut-up veggies
Place the cottage cheese in a food processor or blender and process with quick on/off pulses just until smooth. Stir in the yogurt, onions, garlic, thyme, and oregano. Chill; garnish with parsley. Serve with vegetable crudites. Yields 1 cup.
