Hot Beef Party Spread

1 tb Butter
1/2 c Chopped Green Onion
2 tb Chablis or Dry White Wine
8 oz Cream cheese, softened
1/2 c Sour Cream
2 1/2 oz Jar of Dried Beef, finely chopped
1/2 c Chopped Pecans
Place butter in a 1 quart casserole and microwave on high until melted. Add onions, cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes or until tender. Stir in wine, microwave on high for 1 minute. Add next 4 ingredients and mix well. Microwave on high for 4 more minutes.
Serve with crackers
