    Brownie Mint Sundae Squares

    Makes 10 to 12 servings



    Ingredients
    1 (19.5- or 19.8-ounce family-size) package fudge brownie mix
    3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
    1 (14-ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
    2 teaspoons peppermint extract
    4 to 6 drops green food coloring (optional)
    2 cups (1 pint) whipping cream, whipped
    1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips
    Hot fudge sauce or chocolate flavored syrup (optional)





    1. Prepare brownie mix as package directs; stir in walnuts. Turn into aluminum foil lined and greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake as directed. Cool thoroughly.

    2. In large bowl, combine EAGLE BRAND®, peppermint extract and food coloring (optional). Fold in whipped cream and chocolate chips. Pour over brownie layer.

    3. Cover; freeze 6 hours or until firm. To serve, lift brownies from pan with foil; cut into squares. Serve with hot fudge sauce (optional). Freeze leftovers.
