    Babysitter's Spaghetti Casserole

    Unknown -A favorite of Mine

    1 lb. Hamburger
    2 Onions -- chopped
    2 Celery stalks -- chopped
    1 Green pepper -- chopped
    1 Cup Tomatoes -- 28 oz
    1 pkg. Spaghetti or other pasta
    2 tsp. Cheese -- blue, crumbled (opt 1/4 Cup Cheese, grated

    Preheat oven to 350º

    In frypan, brown meat, stirring till light brown & crumbly. Add onions, celery & green pepper. Cook for 3 minutes.

    Add tomatoes & simmer a few minutes. Add salt & pepper.

    Cook pasta; drain.

    In buttered 2 qt casserole, combine pasta, sauce & blue cheese. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

    Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
