Ham and Potato au Gratin

Makes 8 servings
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 cups HILLSHIRE FARM® Ham, cut into thin strips
1 package (24 ounces) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat; stir in flour. Add milk. Cook and stir until bubbly; cook 1 minute more. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese and mustard; set aside.
Place 1/2 of Ham in ungreased medium casserole. Top with 1/2 of potatoes and 1/2 of milk mixture. Spoon spinach over top. Repeat layers with remaining ham, potatoes and milk mixture.
Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until heated through.
