    2 cups sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/4 cup cocoa
    Pinch of salt
    1/2 cups milk
    1/4 pound margarine
    3 cups quick oatmeal

    Mix sugar, cocoa, milk and oleo
    Bring to a boil
    Remove from heat
    Add rest of ingredients
    Drop by spoon on waxed paper
