Hot Fudge Waffle Sundaes

Ingredients
12 frozen mini-waffles
2 tablespoons fat-free sugar-free hot fudge topping
3/4 cup reduced-fat Neapolitan ice cream
4 tablespoons aerosol light whipped cream
Colored sprinkles (optional)
1. Heat waffles in toaster until lightly browned. Heat hot fudge topping in microwave according to manufacturer's directions.
2. Arrange three waffles on each of four serving plates. Top with 1 tablespoon of each ice cream flavor. Evenly drizzle hot fudge topping over top; garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles, if desired.
Makes 4 servings (3 mini-waffles each)
