Fish Broccoli Casserole
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
1 package (10 ounces) frozen broccoli spears, thawed, drained
1 cup cooked flaked Florida whitefish
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup crushed potato chips
Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease 1-1/2-quart casserole. Layer broccoli in prepared casserole. Combine fish, soup, milk, salt and pepper in large bowl.
Spread fish mixture over broccoli. Sprinkle with potato chips. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
