Grilled Fresh Fish
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
3 to 3-1/2 pounds fresh tuna or catfish
3/4 cup prepared HIDDEN VALLEY® The Original Ranch® Dressing
Chopped fresh dill
Lemon wedges (optional)
Place fish on heavy-duty foil. Cover with salad dressing. Grill over medium-hot coals until fish turns opaque and flakes easily when tested with fork, 20 to 30 minutes. Or, broil fish 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with dill; garnish with lemon wedges, if desired.
